Summer Active Zone
A variety of fun children’s activities will run throughout the summer holidays at
our centres. Our Active Zone Under 8’s days are structured around Sports and Arts
& Craft Activities.
Over 8’s will get the opportunity to participate in additional activities throughout
the day to further develop their leadership and physical activity skills.
Our Active Zone days will not only keep your child occupied and having fun but will help them
learn new skills and make new friends.
Below are just some of the exciting activities on offer for children over the summer.

Activities are dependant on the venue and the age of the child. Times and dates may vary.

What to Bring?
• Packed lunch, snacks and drinks – water is always available!
• Suitable play clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty and shoes suitable to run around in
• Sun hat and suncream if the weather is hot and sunny
• Swimwear if taking part in swimming activities
What not to Bring
• Valuables, children must take responsibility for any valuables bought on site
Sport and Leisure Activities
All of our courses are designed to suit the abilities and needs of each child
allowing them to develop and extend their skills, fulfil their potential, adopt
active lifestyles and most of all have fun!
Our dedicated team of qualified coaches are committed to helping and encouraging
children of all ages and abilities to develop and progress in their chosen sport and also
understand the importance of doing 60 minutes of activity every day
THE HUB at HENLEY
Summer Holiday Timetable
The Hub at Henley is a club for young
people aged 11 to 16 years old, where
you can hang out with friends, have fun,
relax, and try something different.
Henley Hub will be open the first 2 weeks of the
summer holidays. Opening hours will be 10am till 1pm.
The gym will be accessible throughout the summer
holidays between 11am till 12 noon.
The Hub at Henley
The Hub is an Ofsted registered service managed
by Nexus Community In partnership with Gillotts
School and Henley Extended Services. We strive to
accommodate all children and young people’s needs.
