We would like to welcome four bsuinesses new to the Best of Henley-on-Thames. First up is Marten Collins, an experienced photographer, based in Henley-on-Thames. Marten has been a photographer for over 40 years so brings a wealth of knowledge to his craft. Marten likes to be informal with his subjects, capturing the real moments of weddings or events. Marten also likes to take individual or family portraits. See Marten's feature here

Working together Rabea and Alex are specialists in Upholstery and Soft Furnishings. They both have a separate feature on the Best of Henley-on-Thames. Rabea Giebfried-Nietzard runs Gie-Nie Upholstery from a barn in Hurst, but is very familiar with Henley and will collect your furniture from your home. She recently won an award from the Guild of Upholsterers and Has an MA in the subject. She specialises in the restoration of English, German and French period furniture.

Alexander Hands comes from four generations of furniture makers in High Wycombe. His speciality is making soft furnishings from hand made cushions to bean bags. Alex works along side Rabea in a barn in Hurst but will collect from your Henley home. See his feature here.

Last but not least is Nicky Boardman and Mandy Alberry who own Sonning Flowers. They were originally based in Sonning but have recently moved to Mapledurham in a converted barn. They provide top notch service and beautifully arranged flowers. So whether you are getting married, holding a special event or just need a special bouquet Sonning Flowers are fabulous as are our other florists on the Best of Henley. You can see their new feature here.
