From a choice of two routes around the beautiful scenic Counties of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire, the Sue Ryder, James Bond themed 'Live and Let Ride Challenge is designed for both novice and experienced bike riders.

The event is themed 'Live & Let Ride', so find your inner 007 and Miss Money Penny and dress to impress to be in with a chance of winning the fancy dress prize too!

The James Bond theme is due to Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond Novels.  His grandfather, Robert Fleming, built the wonderful building that is now Sue Ryder Nettlebed Hospice.  Ian grew up at Nettlebed and the Fleming family still have links to the estate.

The James Bond theme is due to Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond novels.  His grandfather Robert Fleming built the wonderful building that is now Sue Ryder - Nettlebed Hospice as a personal home for his family.  Ian used to play as a child on these wonderful grounds so when thinking of a theme how could we not choose Bond.

Sponsorship

We encourage everyone taking part to try and raise as much sponsorship as they can for Nettlebed Hospice.

Every year we need to raise £1.4 million in voluntary contributions to provide care at the hospice - raising sponsorship helps raise vital funds for Nettlebed Hospice.  We would like you to try and raise a minimum of £120 in sponsorship which is the cost of a nurse for a day.  If you're signing up as part of a corporate team please do approach your company to ‘Match Gift' your sponsorship.

The corporate team who raises the most sponsorship will win the coveted ‘Corporate Cup' and prize.
