The Monday of Henley Royal Regatta week will see HM The Queen visit Henley as part of her Diamond Jubilee Tour. On that day the Queen and Prince Philip will travel by boat from Hambleden Lock to Henley Business School. We believe that events begin at 3.00pm. The Business School is situated almost exactly where the three Counties of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire meet and the Lord Lieutenants of those counties have invited 4000 people to a Garden Party to meet the Royal couple.
River Pageant
As part of their visit the Queen and Prince Philip will watch a River Pageant on this beautiful stretch of the River Thames. Let's hope that the weather is better than the similar pageant in London. The guests will be treated to a Garden Party in the stunning setting by the River.
