Whenever I've looked to recruit for my business, the RSE Group are always my first port of call! The team there are very knowledgeable of the local pool of talent around the South East. They haven't yet failed to deliver and I run a niche tax consultancy, with very little direct competition and yet they have found creative ways of sourcing potential candidates and advising me of what I should be looking for in a potential hire. The last two hires, were not the specific staff I was looking for but I knew I was searching for the impossible, the two staff they found me had other skills and could be trained to do the specific work that was required and I realised that they were the right people to hire. It won't be long before I'm looking to work with them to hire for my fifth member of staff.
I've just come back from a monthly strategy meeting for my Social Media activity with Ditzy Media. I've been working with Ditzy for several years now and they have helped to nurture me through Social Media and are now running my activity on Linked-In, Twitter and Facebook. The strategy meetings are a great way for me to focus the content that I want to deliver through that period.
