The mission was and still is, to deliver tailor made and joined up technology solutions to business customers, that match their business drivers, make them more efficient whilst reducing their costs and keeping it really simple in the process, all delivered via one vmaack contract and one monthly bill.

Well I am delighted to say that we now have in excess of 50+ customers and in every case we have been able to demonstrate the mission has worked whether it is one element of their communications or in the case of a very well known city broker - the end to end process encompassing IT, Telephony and Mobility.

In Q1 we launched vmaack and were quick to secure some very well known high street names as customers through long term business relationships spanning 13 years. We launched our exciting and dynamic website, sponsored Josh Webster in GP3 and Guildford Rugby club and moved into our shared state of the art offices in Putney.

In Q2 we continued winning new customers and made sure we looked after what we already had by expanding and enhancing our 24/7/365 vmaack VIP customer care team. This is crucial to our ongoing success and is as important, if not more, than anything else we do.

In Q3 we brought on a new Operations Director in Brendan Mullins to really drive our processes and procedures and manage our extensive supply chain of global market leading suppliers. This was and continues to be a big job and Brendan works with all our customers to make sure we are doing all we can, all of the time.

In Q4 we really focused on our educational communications , webinars and whitepapers around using the right technology at the right time. We launched our IBM backed Social Media and Big Data consultancy services and we met all our customer and got their feedback to make sure we got the right vmaack proposition for 2014.

To top of the year I was honored to take a team of 47 under 8 Guildford Rugby minis on the hallowed turf of Twickenham during Half time at Big Match 6 between Harlequins and Exeter. What a truly magical experience it was and to be running around the pitch with two of my own boys in vmaack sponsored tops was a really fitting end to an excellent year.

So onto 2014 and we are certainly not resting on our laurels. We worked throughout the Christmas break and we have taken on some additional new office space at number 1, Epsom Road Guildford to make sure we have a local presence for our local Surrey based customers.

We share the offices with the "Best of Guildford" franchise and when faced with a wide choice of suppliers, we were delighted that they chose vmaack for their new fibre connectivity and work closely with them and their eco-system of partners on a daily basis.

Well that's it for now but I will be penning some new blogs in Q1 and we have already released two new white papers so watch this space and here's to a fabulous 2014 together.
