Maybe as a parent you have packed your student son/daughter off to university in recent weeks. There's been a raiding party in this household, kitchen equipment, pillows, coffee tables, even the tumble dryer was considered. Now calm hopefully ensues until they reach their accommodation and then wonder how to operate the gas and electric which are operated on prepayment meter. Hopefully, that wll make them think about cost of lighting and heating. It's very helfpul if agents can provide useful information on utilities, so often tenants are left to work it out themselves, must be impossible for utility companies to keep track of whose resident. Anyhow I'm going to appreciate the bliss before they all return with laundry!
