Caroline from Shine Woking who specialises in Decleor Aromatherapy massages, deep tissue massages, facials, body and beauty including manicures, pedicures, head massage, waxing and eye treatments in proud to have received a business award in Feb 2013.
Caroline is committed to ensuring that her treatments and service are of the highest quality and to receive this business award has helped her feel more confident in her business and marketing skills which are essential for running a successful business today. Having someone that I have to be accountable to makes implementing new projects to improve our Shine standard much easier.
To win the award she implements about 30 different strategies in one month. These included things to make customer satisfaction even higher than before. Although she has over 100 customer testimonials she believes it is always possible to make customer service better and better. Some of the projects she implemented during the month included: getting a brilliant new website, organising various marketing campaigns, lauching her sparkle treatment menu (30 minutes or less) re-decorating the treatment room, looking at potential joint ventures and also getting a nurture campaign for clients using lots of different media.
As a result she has seen an up turn in sales despite the fact that Feb is traditionally a slow month for treatment therapists. It has also been lovely to welcome more of our regular, old and new customers into Shine. Her customers have been enthusiastic and positive about the new changes that are happening to Shine.
