If you’re a lover of wine or chocolate, or even both, then come along to our tasting event with Durbanville Hills winery on Thursday, February 19 from 8pm to learn more about how the two can work together.
There will be four different varieties of wine to sample on the night, a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinotage and a Cabernet Shiraz and each one will be paired with a specific chocolate.
You will be taught how to properly taste the wines by examining the look, smell and the flavour of each one. You will then be guided through the process of sampling the chocolate and discovering how each one works with each wine.
