Bar des Arts will be hosting its first poetry night of the year on Tuesday, January 21 from 7.30pm.
London-based Chip Grim, aka The Brothers Grim, will be performing his dynamic poetry on-stage. Gareth Toms will also be taking to the stage to read his humorous and relaxed style of poetry to the Bar des Arts audience.
People are welcome to go along to the bar from 7pm to sign up to perform on the night. To secure a slot, please email Janice Windle and Dónall Dempsey, who will be hosting the evening, via popupoetry@gmail.com.
Entry to the poetry evening is free, but booking is advisable and can be done by calling the bar on 01483 453227.
