This August, the National Trust have come up with a great scheme - kids go free!

Simply click here to download a form, fill it in and away you go to look round some of the nation's most beautiful houses and best kept gardens; have a go at archery or croquet; maybe join in with one of the children's trails.

The National Trust have got loads going on this summer - why not take part and save yourself some money at the same time?

The following National Trust properties in Surrey are participating in the scheme:

  • Ham House and Garden (entry by limited timed ticket booked on arrival)
  • Clandon  Park (only open Sunday)
  • Claremont Landscape Garden
  • Hatchlands Park (house and garden only open Sunday)
  • Leith Hill Tower
  • Oakhurst Cottage (visit conditions apply, see opening times)
  • Polesden Lacey
  • River Wey and Godalming Navigations and Dapdune Wharf
  • The Homewood (minibus charges still apply)
  • Winkworth Arboretum.

For details of individual National Trust events, either check out the events page here at the Best of Guildford or else pop over to the National Trust website.
