At the Best of Guildford, we always love it when our businesses and charities work together – it’s great news for all concerned. The next charity event is in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group at the Samson Centre and it will be held at GLive at the Queen tribute concert on 13 September.

Rhapsody: is this the real Queen? is one of the leading Queen tribute acts, performing glittering, authentic-sounding versions of hits such as Don’t Stop Me Now, I Want to Break Free and It’s a Kind of Magic to packed venues throughout Britain and Europe. On 13 September, Rhapsody will be performing their incredible show, It’s a Kind of Magic, at GLive with tickets starting at £22.50.

As part of this event, there will be a silent auction in aid of the Samson Centre. You can place your bid before the show starts and collect your items at the end of the evening.

The Samson Centre offers support to people suffering with multiple sclerosis. The charity provides physiotherapy, baric oxygen therapy and reflexology as well as a fully equipped gym and standing frame facilities for wheelchair users. It’s also a place to socialise and meet other people living with the condition, share experiences and give moral support.

The auction is a fantastic opportunity to support people living with MS and you might pick up some great prizes too! This promises to be a wonderful evening out – click here to book your ticket.
