Tomorrow, Thursday 5 September, Vmaack’s Brendan and Helen Mullins set off from London for a 240 mile bike ride to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society. The route will take them from Blackheath to Brussels and includes a lot of hills, big coastal winds and remembering to cycle on the right!

So far, Brendan and Helen have raised a fantastic £2500...but they were hoping for a bit more. Their target is £4000 and they would love you to sponsor them and raise money for this fantastic cause. The Alzheimer’s Society aims to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia, as well as providing up-to-date, accurate advice, information and support for their families. With dementia affecting one in three people over the age of sixty-five, the Alzheimer’s Society is well worth supporting.
