Feeling tired and run down? Not quite yourself? Whether it’s just a little niggle or something really worrying you, it could be time for a health check. The health practitioners of Indigo Awareness in Send are holding a Health Awareness Day on 20 October at Lancaster Hall in Send, not only helping the people of the Guildford area improve their health but supporting the Woking and Sam Beare Hospices too.
The event begins at 11am with free talks beginning at 11.30am. The talks cover a range of topics within holistic treatment, including homeopathy, BodyTalk, balancing the immune system, what to eat and even the treatment of emotional problems. The full list can be seen here.
The Health Awareness Day is also your chance to try out a new treatment through one of the mini-sessions. The list of treatments on offer includes reiki, life coaching, osteopathy and holistic massage but the full list can be found here. Please contact Indigo Awareness to book your treatment.
In best fundraising style, there’ll also be a cake sale in aid of Ripley School and a raffle in aid of the Hospices. There’ll be a number of stalls with all kinds of health and skincare products too!
This promises to be a beautiful event for anyone worried about their health or just interested in holistic therapies. Come along and show your support!
