In celebration of Countryside 2011, an initiative which showcases hundreds of country-based activities and events taking place throughout the south east from 28 May to 12 June, Guildford Boat House is offering river trips for less.
Discover the beauty and history of Surrey’s hidden treasure, the River Wey, from their central Guildford base.
Cruises last 45 and 90 minutes and take you almost magically from the busy town into some of the finest countryside in the south. An onboard commentary means you can learn from experienced skippers or just relax and let the world glide by.
Trip times are 11.30am, 2pm and 3pm and cost £5.20-7.20 for adults and £2.60-3.60 for children. Or why not take advantage of their special Countryside 2011 event offer of 2 for 1 for adults or 20% off a £13-18 family ticket.
