Walking up Guildford high-street can be quite a challenge some days. It has to be one of the most canvassed streets in Surrey with people selling paintball, asking questionnaires or trying to get charity subscriptions. Whilst ducking and diving past people a few months ago it occurred to me that I would love to help charities more but unfortunately I cannot afford to have an endless amount of subscriptions coming from my account. It did occur to me however that my agency could help in some way.
So after discussing it with everyone we decided that what we did have to spare was time. Downtime in the studio occurs whilst waiting for clients to sign off projects or get back to us with feedback, etc. Now I thought, why not make use of this time!
We have now launched a new charity scheme to provide free bespoke design work for charities both local and national for FREE!
Creativitea* are looking to sign up a different charity each month for the scheme that will give a lucky chosen charities access to eight hours design work totally free for the month they have been selected. Expert work and consultancy from the Creativitea* team will include marketing materials such as; flyers, business cards, banners, videos or any other marketing material.
Since launching the scheme we have helped Freefall Heroes, an organisation that teaches wounded soldiers to skydive, and Global Risk Register, an organisation to support ‘Science 4 Humanity’ by managing information around global poverty, education and health crises. Creativitea* has helped to set up server space and set up email accounts, provided training in cloud computing, and also spent studio time creating dynamic business cards.
So if you represent a charity or not-for-profit organization please get in touch calling Creativitea* Design Studio on 01483 453 067.
