When the sun is out and shining. We all want to be outside enjoying the fresh air, although it would be really great if we could do it without all of those pesky wasps and ants!
It's England so we're always on guard for the rain and cold, I'm pretty sure we're the only country that takes an umbrella to the park....on a hot day.
