Circuit Training: The best training method.

 

A circuit class is an excellent way of keeping fit – improving both stamina and speed as well as helping to strengthen and tone your muscles. As well that it’s the best way to burn fat whilst exercising.

 

Motivating, energetic and fun, this is a class where anybody can join in.  A variation of different exercises provides a great workout for the whole body - toning the stomach muscles, arms, legs and butt. Changing the exercise at regular intervals keeps the workout exciting, gives a great workout and is much more interesting and effective than running on a treadmill for 30 minutes.

 

Circuit classes improve mobility, flexibility and coordination and facilitate fat loss.  The intense nature of the training provides a high calorie-burning workout all done in a short amount of time. You could even burn up to 400 calories in just 30 minutes!

 

At Activzone gym at 6.00pm every Thursday for one hour come and join my class for a pumped up session of interactive exercises with others with this energetic class.
