Andy’s story
Andy moved to Guildford a year ago after being made redundant. Unfortunately for him, he wasn’t a happy or confident person because of his weight issues. He did however want to change, so he decided to join a friendly gym where his goals would be listened to, and where he could get an exercise and nutrition plan designed specifically for him. After doing some research he saw ActivZone had recently been voted the most loved business in Guildford, and even in the top 5 for the UK.
After joining ActivZone he had a consultation with a fully qualified instructor where he had his exercise program designed. The pounds started to fall off, 1 stone, 2 stone, 5 stone and eventually he reached his target losing an incredible 10 stone! His attitude to life soon changed, he had lots more energy, and a real thirst to get out and enjoy life.
More confident in himself, Andy decided that he wanted to get out and meet as many new people as he could in the Guildford area. He thought that if he entered the marathon he would have to hit the streets with his training and that’s where he can meet all the lovely people around the town.
