Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Swimming pool goodand facilities in changing rooms also good. Food was very good quality and always tasty and on time. My son had room service breakfast every day so he could have a lie in!! We had interconnecting rooms with our son and these were ideal. Beds comfy but pillows were very uncomfortable. One issue with the robe in the room hadn't been changed still had make up on but hotel soon sorted that out. The only thing I would say is the drinks are expensive but again lots of variety available. The grounds of the hotel really pretty and well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again although it's highly unlikely we will go back to Guernsey but that's not the hotels fault!

The gym and spa were very very nice indeed. But I am going to give my gold star to the breakfast service. I experienced an amazing attention to detail and stellar service. Probably the consistently best restaurant service I've had in my life.
Our waiter remembered our preferences and what we had the day before, ordered food came in just as we finished our first plates, coffee was topped up seamlessly. Also the quality of breakfast, both buffet and made to order was exceptional. Coffee maybe not best in town but I'm ok with that.
In addition to the fitness centre and amazing breakfast service and food quality I have to give props to the maintenance service who helped us to jump start our car when it had ran out of battery.
I'd gladly stay here again.

We’ve known Nicky for a while now and when we got engaged she was one of the first people we contacted as we just knew she was the perfect person to plan our luxury honeymoon in Mexico. Having personally been to Mexico, Nicky was able to offer lots of really useful tips and was able to recommend a simply stunning hotel chain.
Dealing with Nicky has been a pleasure, whether it’s by email, or meeting for a coffee!
