There was so much attention to detail, care from the service manager and so many unexpected available Christmas activities and entertainment. The spa was beautiful as ever. Best priced hotel for a bit of luxury. Does not compare to international standards of rooms, especially the TV channels! I'm used to having my name appear on the TV and being able to webcast etc but not here. Best bet when staying in Guernsey 🇬🇬 👌.

Still staying here, the hotel is so lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful/quick. Honestly they couldn’t try harder. The rooms have all you need and are comfy/clean. The food is a bit average but the other good stuff makes up for that.

Incredible array of starters - to help yourself!!!
followed by a sublime carvery and perfect veg/desserts
The whole experience was a delicious meal, and we enjoyed the stroll around the grounds later . .
