Beautiful hotel with lovely, caring & helpful staff. Food in both restaurants excellent. Silver room delightful. Having a car available to take you places was a bonus, we used it for a shopping trip into town & again to go into town for dinner on Saturday night, Mario the driver was very friendly & helpful. Very relaxing & restful stay. Thank you Fermain Valley Hotel X

In so many ways, this is finest class hotel we have stayed in Guernsey. Booking the hotel and travel through Blue Island Air is simple and efficient. Once you land, you are met by a hotel car and chauffeur. Reception is so friendly, the bar and restaurants all comfortable and high quality. The rooms [over time we have had a balcony room for summer visits, a different one in the winter] are splendidly furnished, even to the point of having a decanter of sherry as well as fruit provided. The location of the hotel is to the south of St Peter Port, away from any evening noise of town yet close enough for a gentle stroll along the coast if you wish or the use of the hotel car if you prefer. Your also have a spa, swimming pool and delightful terraced gardens looking down to the sea, We visit Guernsey regularly and this is now our first choice of hotels

A glorious hotel. The staff were caring and went above and beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome. Our rooms were stylish, comfortable and best of all for me (a light sleeper) dark and quiet at night. The complementary sherry and chocolates were a treat and really made us feel extra fancy.
We enjoyed the restaurant immensely! I will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for two nights with a deal on flights and accommodation including a bottle of prosecco. The Hotel arranged a free airport transfer and when we arrive the Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly.
The hotel offers free shuttle transfers into St. Peter's port which I used several times.

The hotel has two restaurant which looked lovely but I did not eat at them because I had restaurants booked before I arrived.
The bar has very knowledgable and fun staff.
The hotel is in a beautiful location and the views down the valley are amazing, even in gloomy February. Highly recommend the hotel and I would stay there again.

What a find..... Great feeling from the minute we arrived. Staff couldn't be more helpful, great breakfasts, warm pool for the kids, our platinum room was perfect with 2 camp beds for the little ones and a balcony with sea views. We had a private screening in the on site cinema, free lifts to and from town, an almost private beach with cafe at the bottom of the hill and a cracking restaurant adjacent to the hotel. If you are planning on a short break to Guernsey we can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Will certainly return....

We rebooked here as previous stays always wowed us. Needless to say this stay exceeded all previous expectations. We were initially welcomed wonderfully by Jeanne (friendly / superb / delightful). Blown away by the 'gift of kindness' gesture which so made the start to a super break. Cannot fault here. I'd mistakenly booked a room different than our previous one, but without fuss they changed. Happy days. Usual sherry , apples extras in room, fridge water, always nice touch. They offered welcome drink & happy to deliver ice bucket & flutes to room. Top service. Love the pool as ever. Seamless service (with the rock garden) to arrange oysters for us & confirm dinner reservation. Atmosphere always relaxed welcoming unlike other hotels on the island. Nothing is a problem attitude. Ordered breakfast late with a few tweaks & boy would return here for this alone ~ egg white omelette & mushrooms supreme. As a local, it speaks volumes to stay here overnight when I live 10 minutes away :))

spent a few days relaxing in this great Guernsey. The food in the restaurant was excellent as were the breakfasts. The staff were a particular feature of this visit, especially Oscar! all very attentive, even volunteered a glass of water for my wife who had hick ups! The room was spacious and comfortable, highly rec0ommended.

We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel, our platinum room was fabulously well appointed and the views down the valley out to sea were a delight to wake up to each day.
We ate two nights in the hotel, once on the main restaurant, and the second in the Rock Garden Steak House were we had just the best Chateau Briande.
Each day the breakfast was fantastic.
The only criticism woould be that the indoor pool was very cold, the staff said they had a problem with it when we arrived but that it was fixed and the pool temperature was gradually rising, baring this in mind we left it to our final day for a swim, but alas the water was vladivostock! One also needs to ask the staff to turn the sauna on if you wish to use it..
There is a good coastal walk which takes you into St.Peters Port, and the hotel run a shuttle service which was great as my legs were a bit tired to walk back 🙂
My vacation was the most memorable and romantic as my partner proposed to me on
the beach!

I am sure this will become one of our all time favourite places.
