Recently had my carpets cleaned. Lady over the phone was lovely and supported me with clear guidance on what was recommended as I have never had my carpets cleaned by a professional before. The gentleman who cleaned them called Sean was very communicative and friendly despite me being unknowledgeable on what type of carpet I had. Will defo be going back to them 10/10 service.

Doctor and staff were good. The new surgery’s interior looks awful. The exterior and pharmacy are great, the waiting rooms look extremely bare and cheap. Wouldn’t even dish out a few extra pennies for new furniture. The old waiting room at reception looked much more professional! The room I saw my doctor in was fine. They just really need to rethink how to make the new renovation look better.

Rooms were a good size and very clean.
Lovely beach at bottom of hill, with a great cafe. Worth the walk back up.

In a quiet spot, out of town, but with good bus links to centre of St Peter Port. Very steep access, but less steep using 2nd floor door through garden to main road. Useful free shuttle available on certain days for town.
Only complaint is that there needs to be more advance information about the dining facility. On arrival we were told that the kitchen was closed on certain days and that we had to walk to the co-owned nearby Mexican restaurant for evening meals.
