Still staying here, the hotel is so lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful/quick. Honestly they couldn’t try harder. The rooms have all you need and are comfy/clean. The food is a bit average but the other good stuff makes up for that.

Wonderful 6 day break. Ample sized room with balcony that because of the location in steep sided valley gives a feel of being at tree top height. Great breakfast, 3 bars and restaurants on site - all good and free use of the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Abundance of helpful staff always available.

There was so much attention to detail, care from the service manager and so many unexpected available Christmas activities and entertainment. The spa was beautiful as ever.
