From sale to delivery and set up, Regency were fantastic. The shop floor team were able to find us quality products and the delivery was smooth. Including a courtesy call a few days before.
The delivery team were fast and efficient. It was our moving day and they came in and delivered and set up the bed which was another weight lifted.

Amazing Customer Service. After just under a year my purchase broke so I contacted Regency, and in no time at all they arranged to inspect the product, and within 24 hours of the inspection confirmed that they would replace the item.
