The staff at Regency were very friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered on a Friday and they made up our mattress locally and delivered the following Friday. Again the delivery staff were friendly and efficient. The price was reasonable for what looks and feels to be high quality and is very comfortable. Very satisfied customer.

Was a bit disappointed that I went in on Saturday, and spoke to the assistant. I told him that I wanted 4 dining chairs which I chose. I asked him if he could hold them until Monday, (because I was short of time, he agreed to this, then I told him I wanted a certain table which was on display, and asked if I could have a discount to which he agreed. On Monday when I went in to purchase chairs and table, and reminded him that he had said I could have a discount, he then said no you can’t because it is at the discount price. Why he didn’t say that on Saturday, was perhaps because I wouldn’t have gone back. This is not how you treat customers

The young man that initially helped me in the shop, sent me all the information by email, he was very helpful and detailed all my options. I went back into the shop and latched onto the same assistant, and made my purchase. He was excellent (sorry I can’t remember his name), nothing was too much trouble, and very calm and knowledgeable. Also the delivery team were very professional and friendly. Thank you everyone
