I thought I'd done a review but maybe on another site. We had a break here Oct 2022 and arrived quite late and found that the company we had booked through hadn't notified the hotel! As I had all the paperwork they upgraded our room which was extremely kind and we had a lovely stay. We walked into st peters port every day yo get the bus to visit other places, great bus service and do get a puffin pass if you use the bus service! Meals were delicious and as it was October Halloween cocktails were being served! Booked again for Oct and so looking forward to our trip (aiming to try the swimming pool this time)

I arrived and a lovely man called carlton helped me with my bags. And showed me the hotels facilities which are fantastic. The swimming pool is amazing and jacuzzi sauna steam room are exceptional. But the staff here are without doubt the loveliest people you could want in a lovely hotel to look after you. My experience so far is really lovely but at breakfast time wow wow wow incredible so much to choose from here. And the manager at breakfast time Iook forward to having a little chat with her name is Sarah she is without doubt the most warming and kindness person you could meet she is so so helpful she can't do enough and it makes my morning experience a treasure it lovely to meet the staff and get to no a few of them another is elliot he is great a lovely chap to talk to abd also tavi,,,,,

Stayed again at your lovely hotel. Had lovely room and unexpected surprise of a cake strawberry and lovely chocs on a welcome slate. Found the staff on reception and terrace bar very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff did a good job but not one hello for the 8 days. Rooms looking a wee bit dated in places but still v nice. A special mention has to go to Haji and Sofia on the breakfast team both so welcoming attentive and kind. Also lovely to see Sara on my last morning , they all remembered me from previous stays which was so nice especially being solo. They are a credit to your hotel

This hotel has it all - lovely rooms, great service, amazing gym and weights room, swimming pool, hot tub and beauty treatments.

I live on Sark but stay here for some proper pampering. Room 438 is the Jersey suite and has loads of space, huge bed and a bath and shower. 4 balconies. Pure indulgence.

The staff always look after me and there room service food is top notch - chicken Caesar salad and chips and a croque monsieur. I think it is great value and I’ll keep coming back.

Enjoyed every moment. Good ambience and the environment was appealing. Food was superb.

Breakfast was well served with variety. At the bar service was extremely fast. Elias our waiter was outstanding. He was eloquent, understanding and so helpful not forgetting so courteous.

Generally we enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back.

We just stayed at St Pierre Park hotel. We have two children. The hotel was very accommodating for kids and my young baby, provided us with a bottle warmer and steriliser. We stayed at the Jersey suite which had a kitchette and a big balcony with a view of the beautiful lake. We wanted to say special thank you to the hospitality team particularly to Brigitte, Ralph, Darlington ( from reception) Pamela S and Pamela ( from the breakfast team). The whole hospitality team were very welcoming and helpful and made us feel like special guests! The buffet breakfast was delicious and you could order from the menu and the food was beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly will go back again later.

We stayed in the Baby Dodds room and it was amazing! This hotel is sweet, charming, and has the most excellent staff! Ms. Kim was very very kind and accommodating for our party. The housekeeping staff were great and offered fresh towels each morning. This is an historic building and has charm! The 2 pools were amazing in the sweltering heat advisories. Hotel is conveniently located to French quarter and close enough to the Caesar Superdome that we walked to the Saints Game !! 10 out of 10 will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything about it is first class. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure your stay is perfect; they are all so helpful and friendly. Claudiu, Elias, Sara and Adi to name just a few of the fantastic staff, were outstanding. Our bedroom was a junior suite which was amazing , great facilities and spotlessly clean, the spa is excellent and the breakfast and food in the restaurants is of a very high standard with excellent waiting staff. The hotel is in a good location, being on a bus route was great as we didn't have a car. The lake and pretty gardens are lovely to walk around or relax in the deckchairs.
We will definitely be returning and cannot rate it high enough! Thank you St Pierre Park!

We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, our first visit to Guernsey. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom was large, the bed was comfortable, good quality shhets and towels. The room was clean with all basic facilities added bonus was the pool and spa also clean and well looked after.
The breakfast and food in the restaurants is of a very high standard with excellent waiting staff. The hotel is in a good location, being on a bus route was great although we did have a car. The lake and pretty gardens are lovely to walk around or relax in the deckchairs.

We had a generally very relaxing stay in this hotel.

Our two garden view double/twin rooms were very nice if a little dated (for example the tired sliding wardrobe doors or the fridge that is standalone not built in). For the first few days we thought there were no power points by the bed (disappointing) but then my son pointed out that he had discovered a USB point hidden on the underside of the bed side lights (worth knowing). NB the garden view from one of our rooms was partially (40%) obscured by the roof line.

The breakfast team were very attentive. My breakfast was prepared gluten free by the kitchen and was safe. My family all ate from the well stocked buffet. When my wife commented that there was no continental breakfast the staff explained that this is not put out in the buffet as this causes waste, instead it’s available from the kitchen on request (worth knowing).

We are at various lovely restaurants around the island as we had our car with us (recommend the Copenhagen Grill, The Farmhouse Hotel. Don’t recommend 19 bar and grill for gluten free, but the rest of the family enjoyed their pizzas). We also had one dinner in the hotel, which was excellent. Very attentive staff and lovely food - highly recommend the half lobster!)

The biggest disappointment of our stay (which left my 14 year old daughter upset, feeling as though she had spoiled it by being too young)) was the very limited times for “children’s swimming).
The Booking.com app clearly says that children are welcome in the pool - they aren’t.
Pool access times for children are very strictly limited to only 8.30-10am and 3-5pm. “Children” are defined as under 16!! So my very sensible 14 year old lane swimmer was unable to swim with us as adults, The spa staff wanted to allow her in, but are clearly terrified by the gym members. The rule should perhaps be lane swimming only during adult hours - but that won’t help you if you have kids so be aware. NB she was also excluded from the hot tub (again 16+ only, even if accompanied by an adult ).

Free apples, water on tap (not bottles), mints, & postcards for sale. are all available from the reception area.

Getting around the hotel in my electric wheelchair was generally very easy but worth noting that there are steps on to the decked seating area overlooking the gardens. Also from the pool to the decked hot tub area.

NB disappointingly for an island the hotel do not lend or hire any beach towels. (Bring your own!)

Other than these issues it would have been a Five Star review.
