A further visit to this excellent hotel never disappoints. The landscape settings provide an oasis of calm, the slight out of town location is no problem and the welcome from the very helpful reception staff always sets the tone of the stay experience. The leisure centre, restaurant and bar do not fail to confirm the overall quality and service levels we come to expect. It remains the go to hotel for us on the Island.

This is a lovely hotel with staff who are very friendly and helpful. There’s a good choice of cooked and continental breakfast. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but the food served in the lounge bar was very tasty.
My favourite part was the spa treatment - the face/body treatment was excellent and then, unexpectedly, we were shown to a relax area looking over the ornamental lake and left to make ourselves at home with hot drinks, magazines and cosy seats.
It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre of St Peter Port in a pleasant residential area.

A lovely hotel, super friendly and efficient staff and excellent restaurant and bar. The grounds were delightful and rooms spacious. it was a treat to have room service breakfast at the table in your room looking out over the gardens.

I visited in October with my old Labrador and we had a super time so we decided to return and we were not disappointed.
Having contacted the hotel directly to make sow specific room allocation arrangements, ground floor platoon room direct on to the gardens for the dog, all had been arranged perfectly, including a welcome plate of sausages for my dog in the room, a lovely thought. Due to very bad weather we had to arrive a day early as the ferry could not sail, with less than 24 hours notice, but this was not an issue for the hotel at all.
We stayed for 4 nights, travelled around the island, in what was mixed weather, but it was March into April, some nice beach walks, lunch in St Peter Port, a lovely Sunday lunch with a solo artist entertaining in the background, which was very enjoyable. Eating each night in the terrace bar, my dog was welcome each evening, she was also welcome for a super hearty breakfast each morning, we couldn’t really ask for more.
The spa is very well appointed with modern facilities, including an outdoor hot tub which in chilly weather is quite exhilarating!
Overall a really good time from a team who want to make sure you have a really good time.

Loved this hotel, set in pleasant grounds with a spa in basement. Our room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The furniture was a little dated dark wood but otherwise was fine. Nice balcony too.
What makes the hotel are the staff, I have never stayed in a hotel where the staff are uniformly welcoming, courteous and professional. I will be looking to stay at other hotels in the hand picked chain because of this. The breakfast menu was extensive and well prepared. We used the sos for a hand treatment and relaxed in one of their quiet rooms afterwards that overlooks the lake. Bliss.

The staff here made our mini break special. From the moment we arrived at reception we felt welcomed and looked after. The multi-national staff were unfailingly cheerful and friendly and one felt that they genuinely wanted us to have an enjoyable stay.
We booked a standard room as we were only there for 3 days, but although not huge it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Another time I would opt for a lake view room as the grounds were attractive. Good quality hot drink selection in the room too. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, obviously cooked to order.
The breakfast buffet was of a very high standard and again the waiting staff were always on hand for coffee top-ups and whatever else was requested.
The pool and changing area was warm and clean, with a hot outdoor jacuzzi and sheltered seating area with loungers for sunbathing.
The bar/lounge area had plenty of comfy seating for relaxing and there was no pressure to order drinks or food, but staff were quick to notice if we did wish to order.
We came away feeling relaxed and chilled out!

I advised my sister and her family to book this hotel as i live nearby. I wasn't sure if it would meet their international standards as they travel extravagantly. The feedback they gave me was pleasant. They told me that every morning they went for breakfast,It was always exceptional. They also commented on how friendly and professional staff were during their stay and especially the Bar manager was particularly attentive, he made them feel very welcome. They promised they will visit again.

I visited this hotel over the Easter weekend. I give 5stars for everything overall. The hospitality is great. The front desk staff were very welcoming and very helpful. Being Easter, we found gifts in our room for our son and this made all the difference for him. There are several restaurants in this hotel but we dinned at the main restaurant near the lobby and again, the food was great and the staff were wonderful. We noticed a good touch with fresh flowers on every table and it was the same thing in all communal areas and the bar too which created a great atmosphere. The bar is superb and has a nice ambience. The bar staff are awesome, we met the manager Adem who was constantly busy, personally serving at the bar and walking around to make sure everyone was looked after and happy. He constantly checked up on us and tried to cater for our every request. Great views from the rooms. The landscape is awesome and a good tip is crazy golf a couple of yards from the hotel. There is a spa and facilities including an outdoor jacuzzi which was a favourite for most guests. Overall great experience. I will definitely visit again and I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was really good from on arrival. The receptionists were friendly and professional. The ambience in the restaurant was good..food took about longer than we had hoped but on arrival it was worth it..really lovely food.
Then we went to the bar and the ambience, food, service and selection of drinks was amazing. Adem and his team were professional and provided great service.
The spa treatment was amazing too! Had a wonderful therapist.
I would recommend this hotel and we will come back again when I Guernsey next.
