We booked a cruise directly with the cruise company and transferred the management of the booking to Black Pineapple Travel. Following the discovery of some details we were not happy with we contacted Amy to discuss. She was super helpful, responded really quickly and rectified our concerns with much improved terms or our holiday. Amy was really supportive, knowledgable and gave us great confidence in looking forward to the trip ahead. Our lesson learned, we’ll never deal directly with a provider again and will go directly to Black Pineapple Travel the next time we book a trip.
