From my personal experience at Firstcall I can honestly say it was life changing, they constantly kept me updated with all vacancies that became available that suited my profile. My consultant Dion was an amazing help, he offered me insight and support from filling in the application form to interview techniques. I can also say that it was a surprise when I found out he was a trainee and not a fully qualified member of staff due to his professional attitude and knowledge.
