Since setting up Focus HR in 2007, I particularly enjoy developing and growing my own business and helping our clients achieve the most from their businesses too. I currently sit on the committee for the local branch of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my two children, home decorating and entertaining for family and friends.
