Black Pineapple were recommended to us as we were going to travel for two months and booking this ourselves would have been difficult. During our trip, we needed to rearrange flights, which Amy arranged with out any hesitation. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. I initially went to Amy as I know she’s an expert in Dubai and she had insights on which hotels would be best for families and advised which flights would be best for us with the children. When the war started Amy went over and above to find us a new holiday at short notice and ensured we got a refund from Emirates.

We had the Christmas of dreams in Dubai thanks to Amy and her expertise! The holiday was seamless and she was also only ever a message away and full of recommendations of places to go and Dubai tips!
