Greenwich Comedy Festival, London's biggest ever comedy Festival has returned for the the third year running.The Festival which was launched in 2010 is also part funded by Greenwich Council as part of its contribution to 2012.This Festival was concieved by various organizations put together in a bid to make Greenwich the comedy capital of the UK.

This year's week long extravaganza is  running from the 5th to the 11th of September, and is taking place in the historic and beautiful grounds of the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich ,inside a stunning BIG Top, with big names like Phil Jupitus, Holly Walsh, Omid Djalili, Rich Hall, Adam Buxton, Arthur Smith, Ardal O' Hanlan, Stephen K Amos and Shappi Khorsandi all taking part and promises to give you the ultimate comedy experience.

Nestled around the BIG TOP, would be tons of bars, live Music, Cabaret, the Pimms Bus, a brand new Bollinger Tent, etc.

Entry to the Festival it's self is completely free, with each show in the BIG TOP individually priced. So Its well worth a trip down there.

The Festival opens from about 6pm in the evenings untill about mid Night.
