  1. Make sure employees know what is expected of them.
  1. Deter employees from calling in sick when they are not ill.
  1. Avoid problems caused by excessive internet use.
  1. Beware of the risk of discrimination.
  1. Should England progress, consider allowing employees to follow matches during working hours.
