What's on in and around Fleet this half term.

The Harlington has a Disco Skate holiday special on Wednesday 22nd February from 2pm until 6pm.

Getting out and about

There are lots of parks around Fleet for children to burn off energy - and the parks near the Key on Elvetham Heath and Ancells Farm both have zip wires. If you're at Ancells Farm Caffe Lusso do Kids Meal deals with great coffee, tea and free wifi too.

Fleet Pond is great for walking and wildlife spotting.

Elvetham Heath Nature Reserve is flat and good for buggies - nearest parking is at The Key or Morrison's car park

You can fish in the Basingstoke Canal or Fleet Pond but you need a permit - you can get these and lots of fishing advice from Tackle Up in Fleet.

And if you're in Fleet why not enter the Fleet Life / Elvetham Heath Directory Hidden Fleet Competition to win a £50 voucher - you can find the details in the magazine or online here.

Eating out

The Barley Mow has a Kids Eat Free offer this half term - find out more here. With the Basingstoke Canal just across the road and dogs allowed in the bar area it's a great place to go for a walk too

And of course El Castello is a firm favourite in the centre of Fleet serving great Italian food and children made to feel welcome.

A bit further afield

Wellington country Park is now open.

Miller's Ark Farm has farm open days this half term.

RHS Wisley have the Butterflies in the Greenhouse now an until March.
