Lisa spent a couple of hours with me and gave me a lot of really useful and practical advice; ideas on how to attract potential clients to my website and Facebook page and what I can do to help me stand out from other local therapists. Very few of my current clients are on social media, but Facebook is an area I want to develop and I’ve now got the knowledge and confidence to get started and will definitely be doing quite a few of the things she suggested.

As a small business I struggle to find the time to spend on my marketing; Lisa came up with a 'shopping list' of different ideas which would get my sales message out to multiple audiences and could be trialled over a number of months to generate enquiries. Using just one hour a week across a couple of months, Lisa helped me put to together a targeted trade campaign and a Christmas campaign which both launched in November, and a Housemover campaign ready to go in January. Lisa's energy and ideas really helped me out and got me organised ahead of what's turned out to be a very busy 2016 for Roupcycle.

Lisa was recommended to me as someone who could help me make sense of using Twitter and LinkedIn for my photography business. After an initial meeting to discuss what I wanted to achieve, Lisa gave me an overview of the basics of Twitter and showed me how to use it to reach relevant people, join conversations and directly contact people who might be interested in my services. She also covered how to use LinkedIn to post updates and blogs which would position me as an expert and generate interest in ‘Libi Pedder’ the brand. Without overwhelming me with jargon, Lisa has taken me from a late adopter with lots of accounts - but no clear understanding of how to use them - to being able to successfully promote my business using social media.

Working with Lisa over the last couple of years on my monthly emailers has been great. We work to an editorial plan and Lisa researches and writes the copy ahead of the monthly deadline - and it's always on target, packed with useful information and a strong call to action. Just knowing that I can rely on Lisa to put together engaging copy means I don't need to worry and can concentrate on other areas of my business. And I know the content is useful to my audience because they tell me they've read it and acted on it, so I couldn't ask for more than that.
