We ate here on a Saturday evening with a very large party of 40 or more diners. The wait staff plus the owner were very efficient in getting everyone their orders at the same time table by table. Wines were brought to the table after selection and before the food arrived .Staff were friendly and accommodating for such a vast group of people. The food itself was fantastic.... cooked well, great flavours, good sized portions, hot on arrival, freshly cooked and good presentation. I would make a point of returning to eat dinner here with just my husband because I would love to experience a smaller personal meal as well as the great party booking. The one thing missing in this pub/restaurant is good beer! Guest local ales would make it the 5 stars for me.
