Phyllis Tuckwell is the only adult hospice care service supporting families throughout Farnham, across the whole of West Surrey and part of North East Hampshire.
Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care … because every day is precious
In addition to providing specialist clinical services, Phyllis Tuckwell also offers support with all the other difficulties that a terminal illness can bring including financial, practical, emotional and spiritual support.
Every day they support over 250 patients, carers and relatives. In addition to the 18 bed In-Patient Unit they offer care and support at the Day Hospice in Farnham, The Beacon Centre in Guildford, through their Out Patients appointments and through Hospice Care at Home and Community Services.
Help Phyllis Tuckwell Continue their Care
Phyllis Tuckwell services are free of charge to their patients and families, but they need to raise over £20,000 every single day to offer such an exceptional standard of clinical care and support. Unfortunately, they only receive 20% of the required costs from the Government/NHS. This means relying heavily on the support and generosity of the local community.
