Purchased a BMW from Hawthorns in May this year. They were very helpful and efficient. The car did have a problem with the blower not working inside of the car. I called Hawthorns who said they knew what it was likely to be and booked the car in for me. A week later the blower is fixed at no charge to me as it was covered under the warranty. I would recommend Hawthorns every day. I still love my car but when the time comes to change it then Hawthorns will be my first port of call!!
Great Family run business. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and they are very efficient.

Courteous, honest, cheerful, helpful and that's just Jane the Service Manager. They treat women with respect and are happy to talk through any problems with my cars. I would never take my car to another garage having experienced Hawthorne's customer service. They're also really good value for money too!
This garage and the staff there are excellent in their service. They fitted me in for an MOT with no notice and even topped up the screen wash to ensure that my car passed first time. I would recommend them whole heartedly. This business is a real asset to Farnham and all local motorists .

I had a warning light come on the dashboard and Jane at Hawthorns talked me through the various options. She was very calm and patient and got me booked in the next day. Upon getting the car there at 8am the next day Jonathan gave me a warm welcome and talked through what would happen in running their diagnostic checks. Jane called me when the check had been completed and what they had found but said Jonathan would talk me through it upon collection, which he did and they only charged me half an hour's labour. The problem was fixed, the light on the dashboard went away and Jonathan told me how I could avoid it coming on in the future.
I'd recommend this garage to anyone based on the service I received.
