Management Referrals

Our management referral service allows us to ascertain more confidential information with regard to an individual’s health in order to make an informed decision.

The referral can be used to assist an employer in returning an employee back to work following an episode of sickness or an injury.

The report will provide appropriate advice on how to return the person safely back to work whilst considering the likely legal implications under the disability provisions of the Equality Act 2010 and whether any reasonable adjustments are recommended.

Management referrals may also be used to assess fitness to perform a certain job, e.g night work, working at height, Driver medicals or to assist in health retirement.
