I have found the teams at all three of The Personal Agent’s branches absolutely streets ahead of the competition. I have had regular calls from various members of the sales teams, all who had listened to exactly what I was looking for and called with the appropriate properties. The level of service from the Personal Agent was excellent. Sue from the Personal Agent met us at short notice and showed us 3 properties, one of which we have now purchased.
The properties that we were shown were well suited to our needs and we are very pleased with the one that we purchased. During the purchasing process Sue remained in touch and worked alongside the solicitor to answer queries and progress the sale. Sue also helped recommended a mortgage advisor and solicitor, both of which we used to good effect as we had a quick and hassle-free purchasing experience.
We are grateful to Sue for her responsiveness and help, and we would certainly trust and recommend the Personal Agent. I am quite sure that we will use Personal Agent again in the future to sell or buy or both.

We contacted the Personal Agent as we were recommended by a friend who had recently sold their property through the Ewell Branch. On 1st meeting Chris we both felt there was a ‘no nonsense’ attitude about him and that we weren’t being given the usual sales pitch you get from a lot of Estate Agents – and we did from others we spoke to! He was upfront from the start as to what we could expect to get for our house in this current climate.
We were looking for a house in the Cheam area which unfortunately isn’t covered by The Personal Agent (yet) but I did say to keep me informed of anything ‘spectacular’ that came up and this is all we received. There was no bombardment of emails for properties that wouldn’t have been of interest to us or any pressure to see anything we didn’t want to.

The Personal Agent definitely go the "extra mile" to ensure that the whole process of marketing the property, getting the right people through the door and then once an offer has been accepted, follow through until exchange of contracts has taken place. We experienced what could be called a rather 'difficult' sale but Richard and the team at the Personal Agent were nothing but highly professional when dealing with our buyers and ourselves. I cannot recommend The Personal Agent highly enough. I was so nervous about putting my house on the market, especially after living there for over thirty years, having it on the market last year with two other estate agents and then taking it straight back off after a couple of months.
From the moment I met them I just knew they were going to get me the best price (without promising me the moon!) and within days my house was " Under Offer" .
In fact I felt so safe with The Personal Agent I sold, bought through them and even used their in-house removal company....need I say more.

having been with the Personal agent since Aug, though selling my mum's house was a struggle in the current market the personal agent did there upmost to get it sold. They were always giving feedback after each viewing, I hardly ever had to call as they were always keeping in touch. They went the extra mile by going to the house if there was a problem and I couldn't get there. They work hard to there name and give a personal touch.

The service i have received has been fantastic, from my first initial e-mail enquiry about what properties you had on the market in the area which was answered extremely promptly, to being shown around the house the first time to exchange contract The whole process went extremely smoothly and quickly with no real hiccups and you have always answered any queries i had promptly and kept me informed of what was happening.
