I have just purchased a flat through the personal agent . When I visited the flat for the first time I was introduced to Tom Iddenden and he remained my contact throughout the process. Tom was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying and I felt he was honest and allowed me as long as I needed at the property. He was great with communications and answered every email almost immediately and always phoned me back, he also kept communications open between the seller and myself so we were both kept constantly updated. I couldn’t have had a better experience and recommend them 100%

There is no pressure when viewing properties with him, he listens to your needs and in my case successfully matched them. Ensuring I did find the property I wanted in the timescale set.
