We sold and bought with the Personal Agent 8 years ago.They sold our house extremely quickly for the asking price and found us the house that we wanted in our preferred road so that we were able to buy before it went on the open market.
I would recommend them to anyone selling and buying in the Epsom area and will certainly use them again in the future.

Have sold and purchased several properties through the Personal Agent and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very friendly, professional and diligent. There are often going to be unforeseen problems when buying/selling your home, however, what struck me the most about the P.A is how well these issues were dealt with. Phone calls and emails returned promptly, patient, understanding staff and most importantly, suggestions of SOLUTIONS rather than 'computer says no' which seems to be so prevalent in society today! Very refreshing.... Well Done Personal Agent, keep up the hard work.

I am very pleased with my experience letting from The Personal Agent. Ellis Scane helped me from beginning to end with the process. I had very specific needs for my flat from location, to price, and amenities. She sent me daily listings and spoke on my behalf to the landlords. She was extremely professional, helpful, and went above and beyond her duties to help me get settled. I am an American who is temporarily living in the UK for a year. I have just signed up for tenancy of a flat. From the point of contact to the signing has literally been a few days thanks to the efficiency of The Personal Agent. More importantly, when things were not going smoothly and the chips were down he was always available at the end of the phone. He offered a sense of calmness and constructive advice at a time when we were at a loss to know the best way forward.

Just a little note to say that buying through you estate agent is much more pleasant than buying from other agencies. Our offer on bridle path has been accepted however, it is really not pleasant dealing with other agents. Your honesty and kind nature makes the purchase such a nice process.
