Very professional and friendly team. I met initially with Rema and then dealt primarily with Joe Frost, both excellent, good communication when possible tenants viewing,and always responded promptly to emails, phone calls . I would definitely use again when I am looking for another tenant

I have been very impressed with the first-class service that Director, Richard Digance and his team at The Personal Agent in the Epsom Sales Team have provided since day ONE! Within a week they had my home photographed, filmed, on the market and offers in after numerous viewings. I couldn’t be happier with the speed in the results and the staff’s efficiency, particularly from Sue Boardman who has been very helpful on a day-to-day basis. They have been so easy to work with too which has made my life much easier through such a big move. Thanks to All!

Michelle Hobbs at The Personal Agent continues to be an excellent manager for our residential property in Epsom. We have received great service for more than 4 years now. Administration and communication are always timely and complete, she resolves issues quickly keeping both tenant and owners very happy. Her diligence led to her recently spotting a concern with a border wall during a regular inspection. She has been fantastic in delivering a solution, from helping find a builder, getting quotes, to liaising with neighbors it all went very smoothly thanks to her approach. I would certainly recommend Michelle and the team!

I have just purchased a flat through the personal agent . When I visited the flat for the first time I was introduced to Tom Iddenden and he remained my contact throughout the process. Tom was friendly and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed into buying and I felt he was honest and allowed me as long as I needed at the property. He was great with communications and answered every email almost immediately and always phoned me back, he also kept communications open between the seller and myself so we were both kept constantly updated. I couldn’t have had a better experience and recommend them 100%
