When we decided to sell our house, we arranged for several agencies to provide us with sales advice, including the estate agency that works on a flat fee pricing model rather than the conventional commission model.
We were immediately comfortable with the Banstead team (John Ralph and Tom Iddenden) due to their knowledge of the area, advice on marketing, and valuing the property. The quality of the property particulars they produced, with emphasis on photography, floorplans and informative text placed on several online property portals, was done in a timely manner and to a professional standard.
During the sale, we were routinely updated on the progress of the sale, and supported with sound advice throughout the process. The Banstead team made this usual stressful activity very convenient and efficient.

I cannot rate Personal Agent Banstead highly enough! Moving house is a very stressful time and you really need an excellent estate agent with fantastic staff that go above and beyond to get you through it and that’s exactly what these guys did.
