We are very pleased with the service provided by The Personal Agent (TPA). We saw 3 local agents when looking to appoint an agent for the sale of our house but TPA were the "first out of the blocks" with follow up and impressed us with their knowledge of the local market and conditions and we were delighted to appoint them as our agent. George Evans and the team at their Banstead office have have been efficient, supportive and a pleasure to work with, both with our endeavours to sell (securing 3 offers over the asking price) and also in our quest to find a suitable property to purchase. We hope all will move smoothly to exchange and completion in the coming weeks but, based on our experience so far, we thoroughly recommend TPA.

Anna arranged and led the viewings of our house on the open day. She was enthusiastic and well prepared, went through everything with us so she knew all there was to know about our property. We had a number of offers (and accepted one) after the open day and I don’t doubt this was due to Anna’s skills and enthusiasm showing people around.

Tom at The Personal Agent has been great so far in helping us secure our property, he is very reassuring and responsive. I appreciated a personalised email the morning after our viewing to ask us if we wished to make an offer and if we had any questions, this is so refreshing as agents I have dealt with before don't even bother to reply to offer emails and leave you chasing things up all constantly. When we eventually decide to put our new house on the market, it will be through the personal agent!

Very satisfied with what has been a rapid 9 day start to both buying and selling. The team pro-active, responsive and they all have an excellent manner and inter-personal skills. We understand that Callum is a relatively new recruit to the team but he seems to have all the assets required to be a great addition to the 'family'.

I spoke to Bradley and had a viewing the same day for a property that had other interested parties. He was a pleasure to deal with and empathetic to my situation, also giving practical advice. Upon making the offer, he was very quick to respond - comforting in itself as we all know how dealing in real estate can be bit nail-biting - and advise on the next steps despite it being a Saturday which must be their busiest day for viewings. A big thank you to Bradley whom I highly recommend.
