The team at the Banstead branch have been amazing. I haven't gone through a sale of a property before and they have been very supportive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I thought the viewings would be overwhelming, but they managed the process professionally and calmly; I just had to leave the house (my choice), the rest was taken care of. The subsequent offers submitted were also completely managed by the team and I felt informed at every stage. Great teamwork by the branch led by George, the manager, who has also been involved and checking in with me. THANK YOU!
