After a tricky few months trying to buy a house (through another agency), we finally found our dream home through The Personal Agent. Tom was great to work with and went above and beyond to ensure that the process ran smoothly. He kept us updated throughout, which is so important in when looking to buy! When he was out at viewings, his colleagues in the office were always on hand to help. I'd definitely recommend The Personal Agent (and Tom) to anyone looking to buy in the area.

Tom Iddenden was my agent when I purchased my new property and I can highly recommend. My purchase was not an easy one as I sold my old house before getting into the new one but Tom was always on hand, chasing everyone up and making the process a bit easier. Should I move again in the future I will use the personal agent again.

We are yet to find our dream home but have been on a number of viewings with the guys from The Personal Agent. Recently bought through the Personal Agent in Banstead. All the staff were very professional but a special mention has to go to Tom with whom I had the most contact. However, you could select an alternative style, as we did with The Alternative Agent, who will treat you with courtesy and respect, and will support you if there are stumbles along the way.
They may even put the kettle on if you need to talk.
Yet at the same time, they will beaver away to secure a buyer in the quickest time possible.

Recently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to. I recently purchased a house through The Personal Agent Banstead and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My main contact was John Ralph who was excellent (+ Tom Iddenden) who kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were a few bumps in the buying process along the way (as always) but they were dealt with in a professional manner by John & team. If/when I come to sell I will be using the Personal Agent in future.

I’ve recently been involved with The Personal Agent in the sale of two properties.
After hearing horror stories from friends of mine who used other agents, (especially the ‘on line’ agents) I was looking for an agent who I could trust with the sale of the most important assets in my life.
I was recommended to use The Personal Agent and am so glad I did.
They didn’t promise to get me the earth for my property, nor did they offer to work for peanuts.
I’ve heard of agents who do both just to get your business.
What they offered was an honest, professional service from 4 local offices with enthusiastic staff.
I have to say they delivered on their promise 100%.
There were a few problems along the way, (there always are), but I was made aware of these as they happened and felt comfortable that Tom and his team were fully on top of them as they occurred.
Due to the regular updates throughout the transactions I was able to plan my life and have an approximate idea of when each sale would complete.
Something that my friends never received from other agents!!
We all know the general reputation of estate agents is not good but I can honestly say that The Personal Agent do not fall into that category and strive to provide a perfect customer experience.
I can only thank them for their service and have already recommended a couple of friends of mine to use their services.

Tom and the team in Banstead were brilliant throughout the process when buying my property. They would also go above expectation when it came to our needs, always answering calls and emails immediately when needed and gave a helpful and professional approach during the process.

I can’t sing the praises of Tom and Chris at The Personal Agent enough. We viewed a property with them before we decided to sell with them and they were the only agent who showed up on time and was friendly and didn’t treat us as other agents had (like we were too young to have a clue). We then got various valuations for our home and TPA came the same day we enquired- again on time which seems to be an issue with other agents. They gave us a realistic valuation and weren’t patronising at all in their assessment. Once we chose to go with them a photography team came, such lovely people who were efficient and respectful and produced fantastic images and video which I’m sure is what helped to sell the property. The morning after we went on Rightmove we had viewing requests which quickly stacked up. We ended up blocking them all in to a Saturday and five days from advertising our home we had the offer we wanted!
In the meantime we had our eye on a home that ticked most of our boxes but TPA went above and beyond and got in touch about a property that may suit us which hadn’t gone to market yet. We was able to view it before it was advertised and have had an offer accepted on it shortly after.
It’s so refreshing to work with a team of young agents who know what they’re doing and look out for your best interests. I can’t reccomend them enough.
