Very Impressed with Samantha Voller at The Personel Agent Estate Agency today. Sam communicated clearly with us so that we knew exactly where and when to be. She arrived promptly and met us and was kindly, professional and competent. She answered all our questions and was able to reassure and inform and also advise us. Sam showed skill and friendly tact when dealing with the current tenants in their home: and at the same time she assisted us as we viewed the property.
