When I was a first time buyer it was Ashleigh Greetham that showed me my first viewing.

Very friendly and competent advice (especially Paul from Stoneleigh) and good coordination throughout the other Personal Agent offices - recommended choice if you are looking for a property in the Epsom area. Also great in facilitating the negotiation with the owner and quick in clearing the paperwork and procedures. Thumbs up!

I can truly say that because of this person I would use The Personal agent again in the future. He was there constantly when I needed an advice.We were in a very complicated situation and he did his best to find solution for everybody. He never missed a call I made and I think that is why they are called personal agent. I felt I was important and I was a real person to him not just a property that needs to be sold.Receiving a really bad service from my solicitor, Chris was the person I called every time I felt desperate. I believe if it was not for him we would not complete on time which was really important in our case. Thank you, Chris!

It was down to your diligence and perseverance that we were able to view and offer on the property at very much the 11th hour. You also keep me informed during the, usual, drawn our process
I even got used to Chris' continuing hassling to hurry things along (ha ha) but I would rather have that than being unaware of any problems. My only slight annoyance was that after pushing my solicitor and broker like mad to get to exchange, we were told that there would be a delay "up the chain" because of a query on a water bill!
Bearing in mind that this sale has been going on for ever (don't know when the first buyer got involved), why wasn't this query resolved before now?
Anyway, all history now. Thanks again for a first class job

We had been looking for a a new home purchase since March 2013 and we had many viewings and open days through Personal Agent during this time all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. We bought and sold through Personal Agent and the service has been exceptional. Whilst looking for a house to purchase, we came across a number of agents and Personal Agent were by far the best in terms of speed of response, notifying us of new houses on the market and being friendly and approachable on viewings. Our property sold very quickly and I think that this was also due to the quality of the photos taken by Personal Agent and the range of advertising undertaken.
