My estate agent was great. She (Kristine) was informative and knowledgable without being pushy. I didn’t get bombarded with properties that didn’t fit my price range or area of choice (like some others) I would recommend the personal agent.

Joe has an excellent knowledge of the local rental market and is able to give realistic advice to landlords. It is a very friendly office and always responds to calls and emails promptly.

All telephone and correspondence seemed good, they did not show me around the house as the owner wanted to do that himself. So it would be unfair to give 5 stars without sampling this part of the service

I would like to start saying I have almost never had good experiences with state agents. I find that they often lie, push you over and will put their interest over anything. I did not feel that this was the case with the people I encountered at The Personal Agent. Perhaps is a great thing that they seem to be local people selling within their area. So if you are looking for a human touch and an approachable team, this could be the place. I hope other big names will take example and change their ways.

We've got experience of the Personal Agent as both buyers and sellers. From start to finish, everything has been in very capable hands. We've been given honest feedback whenever it was sought, given a wonderful service when trying to sell and find another home, and once everything was firmed up, Chris and Sarah were amazing for pushing it through to exchange, despite a number of hiccups.
