Lastly, having been an estate agent of 20 years I truly understand how important it is having someone progressing the deal properly and effectively- its a masterful skill and sometimes soul destroying, Sarah Goddard, is simply outstanding. At it. Selling property is not easy unless you have a diligent and highly organised deal progressor. Sarah, you are to be commended for your passion in this role.
